Come relax, reconnect, and enjoy the mountain life on Beech Mountain! Our custom-built 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 3,500 sq. ft. home offers three levels of comfortable living, plenty of room to spread out, and a great location close to Beech Mountain Resort.
Designed with families and groups in mind, the home comfortably accommodates 2–3 families and offers multiple spaces to gather, relax, play, or simply enjoy some quiet time. Need more space or your dates aren't available? Check out our other property, Lift Haus, located on the same street and sits just above chairlift #1!

Plenty of Space to Gather
The main level features a spacious great room with cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace, and seasonal mountain views. The kitchen has KitchenAid appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of room to prepare meals and gather with family and friends.
The main-level primary bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, tiled shower, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in closet. A half bath is also conveniently located on this level.

Room for Everyone
Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and views toward the ski village. The second features a twin-over-full bunk bed and a standard crib for younger guests.
The open loft is a favorite gathering spot with a pool table, dartboard, gas fireplace, wet bar, and dedicated desk area. It's a great place for kids and adults to hang out while still being connected to the main living space.

The lower level includes two more bedrooms, both with king beds, a full bathroom, and another spacious great room. The lower-level living area features a sitting area, wet bar, chalkboard wall, Pop-A-Shot and Foosball table—giving everyone plenty of room to spread out.

Enjoy the Mountain Air
Two large decks span the back of the home across the main and lower levels. Enjoy your morning coffee, dine outside, fire up the gas grill, or gather around the gas firepit table after a day of exploring the mountain.
Close to Everything Beech Mountain Has to Offer
The home is conveniently located near Beech Mountain Resort, making it easy to enjoy the area's year-round activities. In winter, hit the slopes for skiing, snowboarding, tubing, sledding, and ice skating. In warmer months, enjoy mountain biking, hiking, festivals, concerts, and the cooler temperatures that make Beech Mountain such a great summer escape.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
